PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE REGISTERING OR USING THE GAMEJUS PLATFORM. BY REGISTERING AN ACCOUNT, PLACING AN ORDER, OR ACCESSING ANY SERVICE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY THESE TERMS.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the rights and obligations of all users of the Platform administered and managed by Quantum Interactive Limited ("Gamejus", "we", "us", "our"). Unless otherwise provided by Gamejus, all Platforms introduced and managed by Gamejus shall be governed by these Terms. The term "you" refers to the user, viewer, or buyer accessing this Platform and/or Service.

These Terms apply to your use of all Platforms and Services owned or operated by Gamejus. You acknowledge that you are aware of the contents of, and agree to be legally bound by, these Terms and Conditions.

1. Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply:

Account: Your registered account with Gamejus used to access the Services on the Platform.
Buyer: A person who purchases Items on the Platform.
Contract: The contract formed when Gamejus accepts an order placed by a Buyer on the Platform, confirmed by issuance of a confirmation order.
Gift Card: An electronic gift card containing a stored value available for redemption on the Platform.
GJC / GJ Coins: The electronic credit balance held in the Account Wallet at any given time.
Items: Any goods, products, or services made available for sale on the Platform.
Legal Age: The legal age capable of giving consent under applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
Parties: Collectively, Gamejus and you.
Platform: Collectively, the website www.gamejus.com, and any other web or mobile platform administered and managed by Gamejus.
Purchased Item: An Item listed on the Platform purchased by a Buyer.
Services: Services provided by Gamejus on the Platform, including reselling and retailing of online games and related merchandise, games publishing and related digital services, subject to these Terms.
Terms of Service / Terms: These Terms and Conditions, as amended from time to time.
Virtual Items: Virtual in-game items and virtual currency, including but not limited to virtual coins, tokens, or points acquired through the Platform.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirements

2.1 Minimum Age and Legal Age

Use of the Platform and Services is subject to applicable age requirements in your jurisdiction:

You must meet the Legal Age requirement applicable in your country or jurisdiction to access and use the Platform.
As a global baseline, users must be at least 13 years of age. However, higher minimum age requirements may apply depending on your jurisdiction, and you are responsible for complying with the laws of your country.
Users aged between 13 and 17 (or below the Legal Age in their jurisdiction) are considered minors for the purposes of these Terms. Minors must obtain verifiable parental or guardian consent before registering an Account or making any purchase.
We do not intend to sell any Item to children or minors below the Legal Age without the consent of a parent or legal guardian. If you are below the Legal Age, your parent or legal guardian must agree to these Terms and accept responsibility for your use of the Platform, including compliance with these Terms and any associated charges or fees.
By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet the applicable Legal Age requirement in your jurisdiction, or that you are a minor who has obtained the necessary parental or guardian consent.

2.2 Parental and Guardian Consent

If you are a minor under applicable laws of your country or jurisdiction:

Your parent or legal guardian must have reviewed and consented to these Terms on your behalf.
Purchases made using a parent or guardian's payment method must be made with the full knowledge and consent of that parent or guardian.
Gamejus reserves the right to request proof of parental or guardian consent at any time and may suspend or terminate an Account if such consent cannot be verified.
Parents or guardians who become aware of unauthorized use of the Platform by a minor in their care should contact Gamejus immediately at support@gamejus.com.

2.3 Global Compliance

Gamejus serves a global customer base. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your country or jurisdiction, including but not limited to age restrictions, consumer protection laws, digital commerce regulations, and payment regulations. Gamejus does not represent that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in all locations.

3. License to Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Gamejus grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Platform and use the Services solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include any right to resell, reproduce, commercially exploit, or make derivative use of the Platform or its contents.

4. Basis of Contract

The information and details contained on the Platform do not constitute an offer for sale but rather an invitation to treat. No Contract in respect of any Item shall be formed until the Buyer's receipt of a confirmation order issued by Gamejus confirming the Buyer's purchase of the Item.

Any typographical, clerical, or other error or omission in any quotation, invoice, or other document issued by Gamejus shall be subject to correction without any liability on the part of Gamejus.

Gamejus reserves the right to refuse to provide any Item to anyone for any reason at any time. Your use of the Platform and any Item is at your sole risk.

5. Representations and Warranties

By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

All personal information and documentation you provide, including your full name, telephone number, correspondence address, and email address, is true, accurate, and current. You agree to promptly notify us in writing of any changes.
You will keep your Account password secure and confidential and will not disclose it to any unauthorized person.
You will not use the Services for any commercial purposes unless expressly permitted by Gamejus in writing.
You will not use the Platform or Services to conduct any fraudulent, illegal, or immoral activities, or activities that infringe the intellectual property rights of third parties.
You will not use any intellectual property belonging to Gamejus or any third-party publishers listed on the Platform without prior written consent.
You will not engage in any disruptive, offensive, or harassing behavior toward other users or Gamejus staff.
You will not directly or indirectly recruit or solicit customers obtained through the use of the Platform.
You are legally able to accept, enter into, and be bound by these Terms.
You will not engage in any conduct prohibited under Section 8, including the use of bots, automated tools, or multiple accounts.

6. Orders and Specifications

6.1 Placing Orders

The Buyer may make an offer to purchase an Item by placing and completing the order form on the Platform and is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the order. All orders are subject to Gamejus's acceptance at its sole discretion. Each order accepted by Gamejus constitutes a separate Contract.

6.2 No Cancellation

No order may be cancelled, and no Contract may be terminated by the Buyer, except with prior written consent from Gamejus. The Buyer shall indemnify Gamejus in full against all losses, costs, damages, charges, and expenses incurred as a result of the cancellation or termination.

6.3 Refusal of Order

Gamejus reserves the right to withdraw any Item from the Platform at any time and to refuse to process any order, even after a confirmation order has been sent. In such cases, Gamejus shall refund any full payment already made by the Buyer, provided the refusal is not due to the Buyer's fault.

7. Use of Services

You are responsible for procuring, at your own cost, all equipment and software necessary to access and use the Platform, including any connectivity charges imposed by third parties.
It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with any guidelines and procedures for use of the Services as issued by Gamejus from time to time. Gamejus shall not be liable for any errors, losses, or damages resulting from your use of the Services.
You are responsible for the security of your Account. Any notification or confirmation received by Gamejus from your Account will be deemed to have been issued by you, whether or not it was actually made by you.
Gamejus shall not be obliged to investigate the authenticity or authority of any notification sent from your Account. Such notifications shall be deemed irrevocable and binding on you upon receipt by Gamejus.
You shall immediately notify Gamejus upon receipt of any incomplete, incorrect, or unintended data from Gamejus.
Gamejus may, at its absolute discretion, refuse or limit your use of the Services at any time without assigning reasons.
You must not upload, transmit, or make available any content that contains malware, viruses, or any other harmful software or code that could interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of the Platform.
Gamejus may send updates, notifications, and promotional communications to your registered Account.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You must not use bots, scripts, automated tools, multiple accounts, fake accounts, stolen payment methods, referral abuse, promotion abuse, voucher abuse, exploitation of pricing errors, or any other method intended to manipulate the Platform, promotions, rewards, pricing, delivery, or payment systems.
Any breach of this clause entitles Gamejus to immediately suspend or terminate your Account, cancel affected orders, forfeit any GJC, Virtual Items, Gift Cards, rewards, or promotional benefits obtained through such conduct, and recover any losses incurred.

9. Virtual Items

All Virtual Items reflected in your Account are licensed to you, not owned by you.
The value of Virtual Items does not represent any credit value in real currency and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Unless expressly permitted by Gamejus in writing, you may not sell, transfer, or otherwise dispose of Virtual Items to any third party, whether within or outside the Platform.
Gamejus reserves the right to modify, suspend, or remove Virtual Items at any time without prior notice.

10. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Gamejus uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate and improve the Platform, personalize your experience, and provide analytics. By using the Platform, you consent to our use of cookies in the following categories:

Strictly Necessary Cookies: Essential for the Platform to function and cannot be switched off. These include session management and security-related cookies.
Functional Cookies: Enable enhanced features such as remembering your preferences and Account settings.
Analytics and Performance Cookies: Help us understand how users interact with the Platform so we can improve it. These may be operated by trusted third-party analytics providers.
Marketing and Advertising Cookies: Used to deliver relevant promotions and advertisements and may be set by third-party advertising partners.

You may manage your cookie preferences through your browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may affect the functionality of the Platform. For further details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

11. Price

The price of an Item shall be the price listed on the Platform at the time the Buyer places and completes the order. Prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated and exclude delivery fees where applicable.
Prices may be quoted in different currencies depending on the Buyer's jurisdiction.
In the event that an Item has been mispriced on the Platform, Gamejus reserves the right to cancel the order or terminate the Contract and will notify the Buyer accordingly. This right applies even if the Item has been dispatched or payment has been charged.

12. Payment

Full payment for an Item is required upon checkout. Gamejus shall not be responsible for losses arising from incorrect payment information or card details entered by the Buyer.
You may pay for Services in currencies available on the Platform, subject to prevailing exchange rates as determined by Gamejus.
Gamejus may cancel any payment request at its absolute discretion without assigning reasons.
Gamejus may vary, modify, or remove available payment modes at any time without prior notice.
Any refund verified and permitted by Gamejus may take up to 30 days to process, depending on the original payment method.

12.1 Chargeback and Dispute Policy

If you initiate or cause to be initiated any chargeback, payment reversal, dispute, or claim with your bank, card issuer, or payment provider in respect of any transaction on the Platform, Gamejus reserves the right to:

Immediately suspend or restrict your Account;
Freeze any GJC, Virtual Items, Gift Cards, or unused balances in your Account;
Withhold delivery of any pending Services or Items;
Recover from you the full amount of the disputed transaction, including any chargeback fees, administrative costs, and penalties imposed on Gamejus.

12.2 Digital Goods Delivery

All digital goods, including but not limited to Virtual Items, Gift Cards, GJC, Voucher Codes, and Direct Top-Ups, shall be deemed delivered and consumed upon successful issuance, activation, redemption, system confirmation, or transmission to the designated account. Such transactions are non-reversible and non-refundable in nature. System logs and transaction records maintained by Gamejus constitute prima facie evidence of delivery.

12.3 Fraud and Suspicious Activity

Where Gamejus reasonably suspects that a transaction involves fraud, abuse, unauthorized use, payment manipulation, or suspicious activity, Gamejus may suspend or terminate the Account without prior notice, retain funds pending investigation, request verification documents, and report the matter to relevant payment providers, financial institutions, or law enforcement authorities. You agree to fully indemnify Gamejus against any losses, damages, penalties, or legal costs arising from fraudulent or disputed transactions through your Account.

13. Gamejus Coins (GJC)

GJC functions as a prepaid account balance that can be used solely for the purpose of purchasing Items and Services on the Platform. GJC is not a bank account or trust account.
GJC is exclusive to you for personal use and may not be resold, transferred for value, exchanged for cash, applied to any external account, or offered for sale, lease, or trading. You are not permitted to withdraw or transfer GJC balances between accounts.
GJC can be topped up via payment methods listed on the Platform and used to purchase Services or Items.
If your GJC balance is insufficient for a transaction, Gamejus may reject the transaction or require you to settle the shortfall through another available payment method.
GJC in your Account will automatically expire on the last day of the second year from the date it was first credited into the Account, unless Gamejus determines otherwise. No prior notice of expiry will be given.
If your Account is permanently closed, whether by Gamejus or voluntarily by you, any unused GJC balance will immediately expire and be forfeited. You will not be entitled to any compensation for forfeited GJC.
Gamejus may amend, modify, remove, or add GJC features and terms at any time without prior notice.
Any dispute concerning the GJC balance in your Account must be raised in writing with Gamejus within seven (7) days from the relevant transaction date. Gamejus' decision on such disputes shall be final and binding.

14. Gift Cards

Each Gift Card must be redeemed in a single transaction. If the transaction value is less than the Gift Card value, the excess will be credited to the Account as GJC. If the transaction value exceeds the Gift Card value, you must settle the shortfall using GJC or another available payment method.
Gift Cards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Gamejus shall not be liable for Gift Cards that are stolen, misplaced, or misused without authorization.
Gamejus may withhold, suspend, or cancel any Gift Card it deems inauthentic or suspicious, at its absolute discretion.
Gift Cards automatically expire on the last day of the second year from the date of purchase, unless otherwise determined by Gamejus.

15. Warranties

While Gamejus makes every effort to ensure that all information and descriptions of Items displayed on the Platform are accurate and complete, Gamejus provides such information on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis for informational purposes only and does not represent, warrant, or guarantee that descriptions are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Depictions of Items are for reference only.

Save as expressly provided in these Terms, all other warranties, guarantees, conditions, or terms, including those implied by statute or common law, are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Where a warranty is attached to an Item, Gamejus will use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure such warranty is honoured in accordance with its terms.

16. Availability of Services

Services are generally available on a daily basis, subject to scheduled maintenance downtime or circumstances beyond Gamejus's reasonable control.
Gamejus makes no warranty as to the continuous or uninterrupted availability of the Services.
Gamejus may modify, suspend, or terminate the Services or your access at any time without prior notice.
If you do not use the Services for a continuous period of 90 days, Gamejus may charge a maintenance fee at its discretion.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

Gamejus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity.
Gamejus shall not be liable for losses arising from telecommunications failures, internet disruptions, payment gateway errors, third-party service provider failures, publisher or developer actions, or unauthorized Account access resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.
Gamejus's total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Gamejus in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or the sums paid under the relevant Contract, whichever is lower.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

18. Force Majeure

Gamejus shall not be liable for any breach, hindrance, or delay in the performance of a Contract where the cause is beyond its reasonable control. Such causes include but are not limited to acts of God, riots, civil commotion, strikes, lockouts, fire, war, acts of foreign enemies, power outages, pandemics, epidemics, network congestion, telecommunications failures, electrical failures, malfunction of equipment or software, or any change in law or government order rendering performance impractical.

If Gamejus considers a Force Majeure event to be of such severity or duration that it cannot perform its obligations, Gamejus may, at its absolute discretion, cancel or terminate the Contract by written notice without liability other than a refund for any undelivered Item where payment has been duly made.

19. Intellectual Property Rights

All copyrights, trademarks, and service marks belong to their respective owners, publishers, and developers. Gamejus is not affiliated with or endorsed by any such owners or publishers. All Services offered on the Platform are offered by Gamejus independently. You may not use any intellectual property belonging to Gamejus or any third-party publishers without prior written consent.

20. Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know-Your-Customer (KYC) Compliance

Gamejus is committed to compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) regulations. As part of this commitment:

Gamejus reserves the right to conduct identity verification, background checks, and transaction monitoring at any time.
You may be required to provide identification documents, proof of address, source of funds documentation, or other supporting materials. Failure to comply within the stipulated timeframe may result in suspension, restriction, or termination of your Account.
Gamejus may freeze, suspend, or withhold any transaction, GJC balance, or refund where suspicious or high-risk activity is detected.
Where required by law or a competent regulatory authority, Gamejus may disclose your Account information, transaction history, and identity verification documents to relevant authorities without prior notice to you.
Compliance measures may cause delays in processing transactions or refunds. Gamejus shall not be liable for any losses resulting from such delays.

21. Account Security and Responsibility

You must immediately notify Gamejus if you believe your Account has been compromised or hacked.
You remain liable for all transactions conducted through your Account prior to Gamejus receiving your notification of compromise.
Any notification or confirmation received by Gamejus from your Account shall be deemed to have been issued by you, and Gamejus shall not be obliged to investigate the authenticity of such communications.

22. Disclosure of Information

You irrevocably authorize Gamejus to disclose or release information pertaining to you or your transactions:

Where required by applicable law;
Pursuant to any governmental directive or court order;
To any other party as Gamejus deems necessary in its absolute discretion to protect its legitimate interests or the safety of other users.

Subject to the above, Gamejus will not disclose your personal information to third parties without prior notification to you, subject to our Privacy Policy.

23. Applicable Laws and Regulations

Your use of the Services is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the contracting entity of Gamejus is domiciled. Gamejus operates globally and you are responsible for ensuring your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction, including but not limited to consumer protection, digital commerce, data protection, and foreign exchange regulations.

For cross-border transactions, you must not violate the laws of any country involved in the transaction.
Where required, you must obtain any applicable regulatory approvals before using the Services.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms may be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of the relevant governing jurisdiction, or such other dispute resolution method as Gamejus may at its discretion determine.
You agree to indemnify Gamejus and its related entities, officers, employees, and agents against any claims, losses, damages, costs (including legal fees), and liabilities arising from your breach of applicable laws or regulations.

24. Return and Refund Policy

24.1 Non-Refundable Items

Any Voucher Code, Voucher PIN, CD Key, Gift Card, Time Card, Game Expansion, GJC, Game Credits, Pre-paid Card, Telco Credits, or Game Key purchased into your Account is neither refundable nor exchangeable once purchased. All purchases of digital goods are final.

24.2 Refunds for Verified Users

For verified users, eligible refunds will be credited directly to the GJC Wallet for future purchases on the Platform. GJC credits are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash.

24.3 Refunds for Non-Verified Users

For non-verified users, eligible refunds will be issued in the form of vouchers valid for future purchases on the Platform. Vouchers are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, and valid for one-time use only. Any unused voucher balance upon redemption is forfeited.

24.4 Bank Transfer Refunds

Refunds via bank transfer are only available where the ordered Item is out of stock. Bank transfer refunds will be processed within 3 to 7 working days. In all other cases, refunds will be issued via vouchers or GJC credits depending on user verification status.

24.5 Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund:

The Service or product must not have been used or redeemed;
Proof of purchase must be provided with the refund request;
The request must be submitted to Customer Support within seven (7) days from the date of the relevant transaction. Failure to submit within this period will forfeit your right to request a refund or exchange.

24.6 Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following circumstances:

Incorrect information was entered by you during the purchase process;
The voucher code has been redeemed or partially used;
The Item is a promotional or bonus item (including giveaways), which holds no cash value and is non-refundable;
The purchase involved a Direct Top-Up where wrong information (such as incorrect game name, server, game user ID, or character name) was provided by you. Gamejus assumes no liability for wrong top-ups resulting from customer negligence or incorrect information.

24.7 Fraud and Verification Holds on Refunds

If Gamejus suspects fraudulent activity, irregularities, or money-laundering risks in connection with a transaction, any related refund will be withheld pending investigation. Gamejus will notify you within 48 hours of the hold being applied. The standard investigation period is up to 14 business days, extendable to 30 calendar days for complex cases involving banks, payment providers, or law enforcement. Refunds, if applicable, will be released after the investigation is completed and the transaction is cleared.

25. Suspension, Termination, and Cancellation

Gamejus may cancel, suspend, or terminate the Services or your Account at any time without prior notice. Upon termination:

All rights granted to you under these Terms shall immediately terminate.
Any outstanding fees or charges shall become immediately due and payable.
Gamejus may deduct any amounts owed by you from any amounts payable to you in respect of delivered Purchased Items.
Gamejus may, at its absolute discretion, decide not to act on any requests received after the effective date of termination.

26. Notices

Notices from Gamejus to you may be delivered by: email to your registered email address; posting on the Platform; in any written communication sent to you; via any media channel; or any other manner Gamejus determines at its discretion. Such notices shall be deemed served the day after sending.
In the case of email or Platform posting, notice shall be effective on the day of transmission, provided no failed delivery message is received by Gamejus.

27. General Provisions

27.1 Waiver and Severance

Failure by Gamejus to enforce any provision of these Terms at any time shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any subsequent breach. If any provision is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by any competent authority, it shall be amended to the minimum extent necessary or severed, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Gamejus shall be entitled to introduce a substitute provision which is valid and achieves to the greatest extent possible the intended commercial objective.

27.2 Variation

Gamejus may modify these Terms at any time by posting updates on the Platform or notifying you through any available communication channel. Your continued use of the Services after such posting constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. You shall be deemed to have accepted revised Terms upon your subsequent use of the Platform or purchase of an Item.

27.3 Assignment

You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without the prior written consent of Gamejus. Gamejus shall be entitled to transfer or assign any of its rights or obligations under these Terms to a present or future affiliate, or pursuant to a merger, consolidation, reorganization, or sale of all or substantially all of its assets or business, without notice to you.

27.4 Binding Effect

These Terms are binding on your heirs, personal and legal representatives, estate, successors-in-title, and permitted assigns.

27.5 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any additional terms, conditions, or policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Gamejus with respect to the use of the Platform and the purchase of Items. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings between the parties.

27.6 Language

These Terms may be translated into other languages. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
