Nicole is a Hexerei shielder and buffer support in Genshin Impact. Build her with Celestial Gift set and Angelos' Heptades as weapon choice for better buffing utilities.
Nicole is a Pyro catalyst character in Genshin Impact. She is an ATK scaling Hexerei support whose main role resides on both shielding and ATK buffing utilities. Using her Skill grants a shield and a teamwide ATK buff, while using her Burst lets her do coordinated attacks. Due to her versatility as a support similar to Bennett, she can be slotted into every ATK scaling DPS teams, even outside of Hexerei teams.

Nicole is a Hexerei support, specializes in shielding and ATK buffing utilities. Using her Skill grants a shield and teamwide ATK buff, which will be further boosted when the current character is a Hexerei unit or has stayed on field for more than 3 seconds. Her Burst provides coordinated attacks, which is scaled on current character's ATK. If said current on-field unit is a Hexerei character, the coordinated attacks will be dealing greater damage, hence contributing to damage output.
Meta Relevance
Given her having the similar characteristics with Bennett, she is a flexible support unit for any ATK scaling DPS. Well regarded DPS units such as Mavuika and Varesa all can be benefitted from her.

Her best weapon is Angelos' Heptades (5★), with Starcaller's Watch (5★), Oathsworn Eye (4★), or Thrilling Tales of Dragon Slayers (3★) as substitutes. Her Skill should be your talent leveling priority, followed by her Burst. Her C2 is recommended for higher ATK buff and RES shred.

5. Conclusion — Is Nicole Worth Pulling?
Nicole shares a lot of utility similarities with Bennett, with both providing survivability and ATK buffs, the exception being Nicole having coordinated attacks. And thus Nicole can be slotted in almost any ATK scaling DPS teams, making her just as flexible as Bennett. While she may not have the same buffing potency compared to Bennett, in end game stages where multiple teams are needed, Nicole can be used in place of Bennett if he is demanded somewhere else.
